Dr. C is a self-professed oto-geek and audiophile.  She loves educating patients (and the community) about the impact of hearing loss and how to best manage it.  "Good enough" is not how hearing is treated at HHCS.

We take the time to review your health and lifestyle history, your listening needs, and your goals.  Our testing entails not only a standard hearing test, but also a functional assessment of how you r brain is making connections, and how you understand speech in quiet, in noise, and with different types of amplification.

Formal hearing aid fittings involve Real Ear Measures, and a detailed orientation and transition period over the first 6 weeks.  We reassess your functional hearing at the end of the transition period to ensure that your goals are being met.

Ongoing care with quarterly maintenance visits and annual hearing checks help you continue to get the most benefit from your devices and hearing management plan.

If hearing aids are not meeting your goals, we can add assistive devices or move forward to cochlear implants to make sure every option is available to get you hearing as well as possible.

Hearing care is a journey.  We are here to help you get the most out of it.

But don't just ask us, here is what our patients are saying...

Reception is exceptionally friendly; waiting area very welcoming with informational literature offered. The audiologists are well qualified professionals, but even more important, are thoughtful and caring, prepared to spend as much time as needed to meet all their patients' needs and expectations. I am grateful to the friend who recommended them to me!

I've told several people about Dr. Cristobal. She listens, which is so helpful when dealing with the emotional aspect of hearing loss. It's rare to find a doctor who is not only highly capable but also patient, warm and genuinely caring. She's also affordable, and I'm grateful to have found her.

Well, I showed up at the office believing I had an appointment for a cleaning of my hearing aids. Oops! Wrong day. Well, as smooth as silk, they put me at ease and Dr. Laura cleaned the hearing aids. Nice service!

Traveled to the area to visit relatives. Hearing aid receiver broke. Called for help and was offered an appointment within an hour. Repair was done effectively and promptly. Great service, friendly staff, excellent candy.

I always have a great experience at Hearing Health Care Services. No matter what my issue they take me in, explain to me the problem &/or resolution and off I go better than before. And they genuinly care about their patients. If you need your hearing checked and possibly hearing aides I highly recommend these caring and knowledgable professionals. They are friendly, helpful and quick to respond whatever your need is. Susan

I have been served by Hearing Health Care for so many years I can’t even remember! First owner was Dr Jackie and Dr Cristobal since. I love The Bluetooth hearing aids that I got a few years back and feel like a normal person... not having to say”What?” half the time. That’s for being there for all the cleaning, repairs and loaners when needed. You’re the best!

My Audiologist appointment was very positive. She took her time and was very thorough and professional. She explained the process and results meticulously. Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this hearing clinic.

I've been a client/customer for years here. Shelly and her staff have always been very professional and caring when it comes to meeting my needs. I have already and will continue to recommend their services to anyone with hearing impairment needs!
