Established in 1994, Hearing Health Care Services has been providing services to the Durham, Chapel Hill, Pittsboro, and Hillsborough communities for more than 25 years. From our front office staff to our Doctors of Audiology, our patients greeted with a friendly smile and leave knowing that they have received the best, individualized care. Our goal is to exceed all expectations and take that extra step to make our patients feel welcome and well-cared for.
Our mission is to affirm the value and dignity of each patient by supporting and enhancing their communication, relationships, family life, general health, and quality of life. We live by our guiding principles.
We offer the Best Practices in hearing care, which means that we don't just sell hearing aids! We determine each patient's individual needs with extensive assessment of hearing and speech understanding in quiet and in noise. We then offer a range of management options including auditory retraining, assistive listening devices, and hearing aids. Our hearing aid fittings are assessed to make sure they are working as well as possible with Real Ear Measures and reassessment of speech understanding. We love our patients, and we know that we can do so much better than "good enough" hearing!
